This winter season marks an exciting new chapter for Hotel Restaurant Salastrains in St. Moritz. While our main building undergoes an extensive renovation to make your future visits even more memorable, we are delighted to welcome our guests in a charming temporary chalet located right here on our grounds.

Our provisional chalet restaurant combines the authentic warmth of alpine tradition with the comfort and quality you have come to expect from Salastrains. Nestled high above St. Moritz, it offers breathtaking mountain views, cozy interiors, and a relaxed atmosphere — the perfect place to enjoy good food, good company, and the magic of the Engadin winter. 

Guests can look forward to a sligthly reduced menu that celebrates local ingredients and mountain cuisine accompanied by fine wines as you know it from Salastrains.
